Happy Friday Friends!
I don't know about you, but this 4 day week flew by for me!
Can we have 3 day weekend every week?!
Today I am linking up with {av} from Long Distance Loving for
This week's theme was White Hot
I didn't know how well I would do with this theme because I don't wear a lot of white..
but I am actually obsessed with this outfit!
I knew I wouldn't be able to do a ton of white but I'm really happy with the pieces I chose..
The key piece here is the sleeveless, white peplum top. Peplums are so on trend right now and I think they are so chic! It's important to have a stiff fabric that allows the peplum to stand out and this one from TopShop is great!
My favorite item from this outfit is the Current Elliott Leopard jean. I found an amazing knock-off of this jean and have an outfit post in the works. Stay tuned! What I love about them for this is that they have that rock n' roll aspect but the gray color keeps them from being too flashy.
Oh the shoes.. I die for these turquoise Giuseppe Zanotti suede pumps! Starting off this outfit with a white and gray color palette, I knew I needed a pop of color. These work perfectly because they are bright and summery but still a simple silhouette.
For the jewels, I had to throw in my one, true, love BaubleBar. I adore this graphic turquoise necklace! It's such a fun statement piece and really adds a nice focal point to the top!
On to the arm party and you can never go wrong with a Cartier Love bangle. It's kind of my dream for my future husband to gift me with one of these. They are so classy and beautiful and I love the idea behind them. A girl can definitely dream right?! Throw on this classic gold Michael Kors watch with it and you are ready to go!
Last but certainly not least.. the final piece to this outfit is an amazing Alexander McQueen clutch. Is it not the most gorgeous bag you've ever seen? The gold goes perfectly with the jewelry and it is so fun!
Wouldn't this outfit be amazing for a Summer night out on the town?
To me it just screams Girls Night Out..
I am officially on a mission to recreate it on my much smaller budget ;)
Let me know your thoughts ladies!
Hope you all have a great weekend!
xoxo
