Happy Wednesday! Anyone else feel like getting to Wednesday means that the rest of the week will just fly by? It's also means that you should probably be wearing pink or you can't sit with me. Just kidding, you guys can always sit with me.  Honestly I just needed a segue into Mean Girls so that I could post the following. Every day deserves a Mean Girls reference. Sorry I'm not sorry!


It's officially March, and that means it's time to start talking Spring. I know what you're thinking, and yes there is still snow on the ground in many of the fifty states, but don't you want to be prepared? Plus shopping and getting new things always helps me get over the depression of the constant cold weather.

When I go to buy new sandals for Summer, I always go for one brand.. dv by dolce vita. They are fun, trendy, and they are great quality. The best part is that they are reasonably priced! I've had great luck finding them at Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack, but you can also find them at Piperlime.

Here are my favorite picks from this season's line..


one. dv by dolce vita "ayden"
Not only are these in the color of the summer.. mint, but they also have a fun pop of snake skin! The metal accents help dress them up from the casual flip flop. These would be perfect with a flowy top and a pair of jean shorts!

two. dv by dolce vita "archer"
The archer sandal has been around for awhile, and it has been spotted on many a celeb! It's the perfect casual sandal upgraded with metallic accents. They are available in a wide range of colors and would go great with a maxi for a weekend shopping trip!

three. dv by dolce vita "agnyss"
This metallic sandals with braided accents are right on trend this season. Along with the rest of dolce vita's sandals, these have a very small wedge that keeps the sandals from being flat to the ground and provide comfort. Pair these with skinny jeans and t-shirt and you are ready to go!

four. dv by dolce vita "tremor"
This season they have taken their popular archer sandal and made it into a wedge! It is fabulous dressy option when a sandal is just too casual. These could not be more perfect and I love the nude color to pair with sun dresses and skirts.

five. dv by dolce vita "jury"
A black leather wedge is an absolute essential in my closet, the pair I have I wore almost everyday last Summer! They also come in a gorgeous tan color and I think I need those too. These are stylish and dressy and perfect with anything from dresses to skinny jeans!

six. dv by dolce vita "talor"
A perfectly trendy option for the wedge, this neon pair is adorable. I love the lime green against the tan and the buckle accents are perfect! These are perfect for a casual day paired with a tunic and leggings.
