It's been a slow start and we're gonna be quick today. Last night was rough and even after 10 hours of sleep I still feel like I'm in a funk. The only way to fix a funk? With pretty dresses of course.
I have never been the girl who dreams of her wedding. But ever since I first laid eyes on a Marchesa's Bridal collections I have had a wedding dream.. and that's to wear one.
Most of you may not know, but Bridal Market is going on right now in New York City and all of the top designers are showing off their Spring 2014 gowns. Here's what I'm swooning over from Marchesa's show on Friday..
And of course, an outfit change for the reception because why not?
The white, the cream, the lace, the embroidery.. all of it is stunning. Let's be honest here, Marchesa can do no wrong in my eyes. I bow down to Georgina and Keren.

Brought *MY* white dress in for alterations yesterday... and I'm already feeling major separation anxiety from it. Le sigh.

these are all amazing and put me in a GREAT mood.
I love wedding dresses but why do so many of them have to be strapless? I'm just not a strapless girl and it bums me out that I'll have fewer options when the time comes because I want some sleeves.

I started to say I like the second one the best, then I liked the third and fourth and fifth. I WANT THEM ALL, just to wear around the house i guess.

Is it bad that I spent more time staring at the model's gaunt bodies than the dresses? Yikes. They are gorgeous dresses though! Georgina has a line at JCPenney now called Pearl and there are some fab dresses in that line as well (not for brides but maybe for wedding guests!?).
I'm planning my wedding right now and I am in bridal gown meltdown... wish they were not so expensive! Lol.

I love looking at wedding dresses. It's so sad that we only get to wear one once. So much pressure to pick THE PERFECT dress.
